Big Kahuna Gin

This pineapple-infused gin has an aroma of unripe pineapple, similar to green apple (think Haribo apple rings). The taste is notably sour, like a sour candy vodka infusion. Tonic softens it somewhat, bringing back some fruitiness from the smell, but it leaves a distinctly sour aftertaste.
