About this bottle

BERTOUX Brandy is a California-made spirit created from a blend of pot-distilled brandies aged between three and seven years in American and French oak barrels. Renowned bartender Jeff Bell (PDT NYC & PDT Hong Kong) and acclaimed sommelier Thomas Pastuszak (The NoMad NYC/LA/Las Vegas) collaborated on its blend, intending it for cocktail use. The brand name is inspired by French inventor Jean Bertoux, known for patenting a bicycle attachment for a passenger. A Sidecar cocktail is suggested for its use. The brandy was slated for release in NYC, LA, and San Francisco starting in Fall 2018.
