About this bottle
Produced in the winter of 1989, this brandy incorporates both pinot noir and sauvignon blanc grapes. It underwent a double distillation in an Alambic Charentais pot-still and matured for 24 years in French Limousin and Nevers oak casks. One thousand cases of this spirit were bottled at 46% ABV.
