About this bottle

In 2012, Jeff Steichan and his spouse Daleen established Batch 206 Distillery in Seattle, Washington. Utilizing their existing vodka as a base, they introduce eight botanicals—Juniper, Cucumber, Tarragon, Verbena Leaves, Lavender, Orange Peel, Meyer Lemon Peel, and Orris Root—through a 36-hour infusion process. Following this, it is re-distilled to better incorporate the botanical oils into the spirit.

Stacy Carpenter 2.5

The alcohol content is noticeable. It's sweet, and I can definitely detect a corn vodka base. Juniper and cucumber are present. The finish reveals more of the bitter alcohol. It's less engaging than another spirit, but still interesting. The flavor is good, apart from the excessively syrupy sweetness. It's decent, but not exceptionally complex. A good choice for mixing and generally unobjectionable. It's significantly sweeter than the aged version, possibly too sweet. While the aged version gains complexity with each sip, this one diminishes.

Ivette King 2.5

It might be suitable for a light summer cocktail mixer, as it's somewhat bland. One particular flavor doesn't quite work for me.
