The Appalachian Gap Distillery was founded by amateur homebrewers who developed a passion for distilling after attending a weekend workshop. They express satisfaction in their craft by stating, “I made that.” Mythic Gin's mash bill consists of barley and corn. Among its eleven botanicals, balsam fir, sorrel, and rose hips are particularly noteworthy.
