About this bottle
Cedar Ridge stands as Iowa's first licensed distillery since Prohibition, now producing a wide array of distillates. This gin follows the Genever style, built upon a malt-wine base. During distillation, only vapors interact with the botanicals, which include juniper, coriander, orris root, orange zest, and cucumber. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
