BarSol Primero Pisco Quebranta

The primary pisco I encounter in most stores that stock it. While it hasn't particularly impressed me, it seems designed for mixing, and I can confirm it performs exceptionally well in classic cocktails. The aroma is quite floral, perhaps with hints of pine, but generally subtle. On the palate, it's rather thin, featuring a bit of lemon custard and berries. It is, however, quite smooth, which was a surprise across all three of the sampled piscos. The finish is somewhat disappointing. It's short with a slight warmth, notes of pear, and some sweetness. After trying the other two, this one struck me as too mild for my preference. Everything felt toned down, but it wasn't bad by any means. Despite my slight lack of enthusiasm for it neat, it remains a very good pisco for cocktails. I'd rate it 2.5 to 2.75 neat, but its excellence in cocktails elevates my rating to 3.

虽然自己没有怎么喝，但是当伴手礼带到聚会上，直接把主人一口喝吐。闻了闻这东西确实不是人能纯饮的，就算皮斯科酸，亦或是caipirinha，也不好喝。 可能是我打开方式不对，但是我一直不是南美烈酒的粉丝。之前巴西的Cachaça，闻着像是呕吐物，也不知道是不是和chicha这种口嚼酒多少沾亲带故？Nie wieder!
