About this bottle
Hotaling & Co., situated in San Francisco (formerly Anchor Distilling Co.), produces this aged rendition of its Genevieve gin, which is made in the genever style. Genevieve, initially introduced in 2007, adheres to the traditional 'oude' genever method, starting with a mash of wheat, barley, and rye. This barrel-finished variety is matured in used Old Potrero Straight Rye Whiskey barrels. It undergoes a 33-month aging period and is bottled at 47.3% ABV.
