Distinctive… mellow with a slight warmth at the end. The sugary brulee became quite apparent after it rested. Its score improved by 0.5 after it had time to breathe. Common bourbon characteristics, though exceptional, with a touch of Irish whiskey. Overall, a fantastic pour!
The Irish whiskey is present, bringing notes of vanilla cookies and honey. It's a distinct experience. I found the finish to be too brief. Letting the aroma sit for half an hour after pouring truly allows it to develop.
