Tasting Notes: The color and the remarkable intensity of the aromas and flavors found in a wine aged only 13 months in barrels are surprising and leave a distinct impression. They say time always enhances things, but sometimes aging in the right environment is all that's needed for a perfect outcome. Detected aromas: A strong scent of wood with undertones of black pepper and nuts, accompanied by a hint of butter. Detected flavors: Wood is dominant with notes of vanilla and berries; it tastes like caramel and exhibits a candy-like sweetness.

About this bottle
Produced in Los Valles, Jalisco, this additive-free tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, crushed using a stone mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still. It matures for 13 months in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon and is bottled at 80 proof.
