The Arcane Cane Crush is a rum from Mauritius made from fresh sugarcane juice in the style of agricole rhum. It undergoes a double distillation process: first in Mauritius using traditional pot stills with fresh cane juice, and subsequently in Cognac in small alembic stills. The rum is bottled without aging.
