American Metal 10 Year Single Barrel Whiskey

An elegant American Whiskey from Danbury, Connecticut, made with a high corn mash bill and aged 4-5 years in American white oak barrels, bottled at 45% ABV. It begins with an aromatic blend of grain, wood, nuts, herbs & spices. The rich & bold middle adds notes of caramel popcorn & burnt cookies. It ends with a slightly warm & spicy death of medium length, featuring toasted oak, vanilla, cinnamon & pepper.

Unremarkable. Lacks legs. Light or watery.
