This delicate, flavored Agave Spirit by Casa Maestri NOM 1438 is made with brick oven roasted Blue Weber Agave from Jalisco, Mexico's Highland & lowland regions. It was double distilled before being infused with natural flavors. Its aroma has notes of cooked agave & fresh vegetables, while its complex life offers notes of chile & cucumber, leading to a crisp death of medium length. December 2021
