A subtle flavored agave spirit made with Blue Weber Agave from both highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. It was roasted in a brick oven and double distilled before flavor infusion. The start is aromatic with cooked agave and citrus notes, followed by a complex middle with blood orange, and ending with a medium-length tart finish.
