A refined Agave Spirit from NOM 1466. Its aroma starts with hints of unaged agave, oak, orchard fruits, tree nuts, garden herbs, and baking spices. The body deepens with flavors of dried plums, mandarin orange, apple cider, custard dessert, burnt sugar, and sweet syrup. It finishes with a mellow, moderately long conclusion featuring notes of toasted wood, vanilla bean, cocoa, pimento, cassia, the tropics, filbert, and woodsmoke. May - June 2024
