An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It begins with aromas of agave, wood, herbs, and spices. A rich evolution adds caramel and vanilla, leading to a long, balanced finish with notes of oak, pepper, and chocolate. Sampled April 2016 / 2017.
