Brendon Matson 4.5

This creamy spirit from Zignum Distillery in Oaxaca, Mexico, is crafted from 100% Espadin agave and matured for eight months in new American white oak barrels with a medium toast. It begins aromatically with notes of creamy vanilla and butterscotch, developing a delicate middle with hints of caramelized banana and spice. The finish is long and fruity, with undertones of smoke and oak. April 2017

Selina Powers 4.3

Incredibly smooth, with a subtle metallic and grainy character.

Charley Marshall 3.5

Adequate for mixing. Not suitable for sipping. It's bland.
