Yuzuri Yuzu Liqueur is a citrus liqueur made with Japanese yuzu fruit, harvested annually in the late fall. The foundational spirit is derived from 100% rice and groundwater sourced from the island of Kyushu. Australian sugarcane and sugar beets are incorporated with the yuzu to temper the fruit's tartness. It is bottled at 60 proof.
