Acquired on 5/27/23 during our Louisville trip. I got to sample this at the liquor store. It was quite good, and I thought a friend might appreciate it since it's a wheated bourbon! My initial taste from the bottle confirmed my prior thoughts. Very sweet on the nose, with a nice richness on the palate. Classic flavors, and a pleasant finish. I may explore some of their other varieties!
Aroma: Light maple, vanilla, and cinnamon Taste: Echoes the aroma. A slight warmth at the end, but great flavor with prominent baking spices Aftertaste: Satisfactory. Neither too long nor too short. Very smooth and well-balanced I'm definitely buying another bottle
A good dark roasted bourbon with a malty undertone. Great aroma and flavor. I wish the finish lasted longer.
