Lone Elm Texas Wheat Whiskey (Old Label)

Good vanilla flavor with strong fruit and chocolate notes. This is made from a 100% wheat mash bill. Very good. It's one of my favorites, and they are starting to develop new mash bills. I eagerly anticipate their future creations.

This was a recently bottled version - 4 years old, Single Barrel. It gets a high rating because it's the best wheat whiskey I've encountered, far superior to the next one on the list.

Notes of wormwood, dark character, an old cabin feel, and high proof heat.

Smooth and straightforward.
