Wigle Whiskey honors Pittsburgh native Johnny Appleseed with its apple whiskey. The spirit is crafted from a four-grain mash bill containing 39% winter wheat, 26% Wapsie Valley corn, 19% rye, and 16% malted barley. It ages in new, charred oak barrels that are fitted with applewood staves. The unique proofing process involves using all-natural Pennsylvania apple cider instead of water.
