About this bottle
WhistlePig's The Badönkådonk follows the 2023 release of The Béhôlden, a "super-aged" North American single malt. Similar to its predecessor, this expression was distilled in Canada at the continent's first single malt distillery. It matured for 25 years in new American oak barrels, followed by a finishing period in American oak barrels that previously held Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wine from California. This single barrel release, The Badönkådonk, will be offered in limited quantities annually starting in April 2024 through Whistlepig.com, select retailers, and national on-premise accounts.
