Widow Jane Rum is produced using raw sugarcane juice and first-boil molasses, distinguishing it from spirits made with the less desirable third-boil or blackstrap molasses. Both molasses types are derived from organic sugarcane cultivated in the Dominican Republic. This rum is aged in charred American oak barrels that previously held Widow Jane Rye Whiskey. It is presented at 45.5% abv and is available in 375ml containers.
