Amazing aroma with strong vanilla notes. Sweet candy corn on the initial taste. Spice towards the end. I'm not fond of the latter part and the finish. A sharp alcohol aftertaste. I'm confident a few more years in the barrel would soften it and make this spectacular.
Notes of straw, honey, molasses, and warmth. This is a definite local favorite.
The best rum I've ever had! I enjoy drinking it on the rocks.
