White Heather, a blended Scotch whisky brand, was revived in 2021 by Billy Walker. The final three years of its maturation took place in a combination of Pedro Ximénez puncheons, oloroso puncheons, and Appalachian virgin oak. The blend includes a significant proportion of malt whisky (47%), comprising 20% Highland malts, 23% Speyside malts, and 4% Islay malts. Just 2,000 bottles were made available globally.

Wonderful texture, oily. Cherry influences are noticeable, a well-rounded flavor profile. Exudes quality. Nicely complex, but not very pronounced. Therefore, too expensive for my taste at €130.
