About this bottle

Tormore, a Speyside distillery, primarily produces single malt for blended whiskies, with only two current single malt expressions: a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old. The Tormore 14 Year is made in limited quantities from a few select American oak casks.

Bailey Burger 4.0

This is a great malt from one of Scotland's lesser-known Speyside distilleries. Tormore is part of Pernod Ricard's collection. Bottled at 43% ABV. On the nose: Almonds, Vanilla, Heather, and Chocolate. On the palate: Dark chocolate, Heather, Ashy notes, and Peanuts. The aftertaste is a mix of heather and pepper. Overall, this is a very nutty/chocolate dram with a pleasant spiciness. My rating for it is 84/100.
