About this bottle
Farmstock Beyond Bonded Straight Rye is the initial "grain to glass bottling" from WhistlePig. It is created using 100% Remington rye, harvested from the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont, and is proofed with local water before aging in Vermont Estate Oak casks. The inaugural 2021 release consists of 24 rye barrels, with the oldest barrel aged for 4 years, 8 months, and 14 days. These are offered as single barrel selections, bottled at 100.1 proof, just exceeding Bottled-in-Bond requirements.
