Kelsie Yoder 4.5

A potent, natural, top-tier single estate Pot Still Gin from the Braniff family in Ireland. It's made with organic barley that was grown, harvested, and malted on The Echlinville Estate. The botanicals are placed directly in the still for maceration, featuring the local whin bush and Strangford Lough Seaweed. It's then slowly pot distilled and bottled at 92 Proof. It starts with a fragrant beginning, showing notes of berries, citrus, grain, florals, botanicals, and spices. A clean and well-rounded middle brings notes of melon, lychee, anise, citrus flowers, lavender, rose petals, and a touch of barley and juniper. This leads to an extended, subtly smooth, and warming finish with hints of cardamom, coriander, and pine resin. November 2022

This gin is fantastic. It has a great balance and a smooth texture, but it's also packed with personality.
