About this bottle
Waterford Cuvée Koffi is one of three Cuvée Concepts bottlings introduced by the brand in late autumn 2023 for the US market. This expression is a blend of 24 individually distilled Irish Single Farm Origins, with the youngest component being 6 years old. The product is named for French artist Nathanaël Koffi, who created the label and packaging. US distribution is scheduled to begin in December 2023, with other markets to follow. Sharp on the tongue in a way that could benefit from aging. Sweet with a lingering spice. Slight burn that dissipates quickly. Fairly complex throughout the taste.
