This distinctive Rye is the product of a partnership between Domaine des Hautes Glaces, a distillery situated in the French Alps, and Xavier Padovani of Paris's Experimental Cocktail Club. The expression is named in honor of the renowned poet Marcus Vulson De La Combière. Crafted from organic rye following an extended fermentation period of 120 hours, this spirit is triple-distilled.
