Renata Herbert 4.3

An Italian malt. I must admit, I had not encountered it until about a year ago, and I believe it's relatively new to the market. I genuinely enjoyed it; I don't find it overly expensive and it is undoubtedly a good whiskey. Presented at 43% ABV, with a nearly transparent white wine hue. On the nose, pleasant aromas: Chocolate, Peat or spoiled cream, Tobacco leaf, Olives, and Nutmeg. On the palate, Tobacco, thick Peanut butter (also thick to chew), Ashy. The finish is medium-long, ashy, spicy, and herbal. A very well-balanced dram. Overall, this is a very fine dram, especially for the price. I rate this highly, an 88 out of 100. Highly recommended.

Beau Greenberg 3.8

Surprisingly excellent – I truly enjoyed this whisky. The nose is fruity, likely its strongest aspect, with notes of apricot (said to be banana), honey, and vanilla. The palate strongly evokes a classic Speyside, being very floral. The finish is brief, with a lingering oak presence on the tongue. It has imperfections and is quite immature, but I'm pleased with this purchase. Also, it represents people from my heritage. Cheers!

Acceptable, not much flavor. A burning sensation. Not a collector's item, nothing to actively seek out, but fine if it's offered.

Maynard Whitaker 3.0

Tastes of vanilla, honey, and banana. It's also smooth. Italians excel at this 🥃

Earline Justice 4.0

A slightly sweet, excellent introductory whisky.

Maximilian Castaneda 3.0
