The color is a dull caramel. The nose is reminiscent of a bourbon but with a strong fruit presence: banana, peach, buttery, blueberry. White chocolate. There was a spiciness. On the palate, this spiciness is highlighted by strong astringency and a significant presence of tannins and woody notes: walnut, cinnamon, coffee. Sweetness predominates. It is spicy. It has a short finish, leaving a spicy and dry note. It leaves an anise-like sensation in the mouth.

This is my second bottle. Nice, warm, nutty, ginger, and malt, beautifully balanced and delicate. Well done.
