About this bottle

Beam Global, the parent company of Jim Beam, acquired Cooley Distillery in 2011, leading the distillery to concentrate on its larger brands. This non-chill-filtered single malt was aged for 8 years in American white oak bourbon barrels. Cooley Distillery typically distilled its whiskies twice, in contrast to the triple distillation common for most Irish whiskeys.

Kailey Jennings 5.0

I've always considered this the best whiskey I've had, regardless of origin, for its price. I love it. Made for M&S - I believe it's no longer available, which is a shame.

Shelby Pearson 4.5

Absolutely outstanding. A crowd-pleaser. Reminiscent of scotch. Smoky yet smoothly sweet.
