AROMA Sweet fruit, metal, grassy notes, and some taffy sweetness. It's not a complex scent, but it is agreeable. FLAVOR Honey candy, vanilla icing, caramel, toasted coconut, cinnamon, and a touch of oak and candy sweetness. It's interesting how prominent the oak is; it's a heavier spirit than anticipated. FINISH Medium length, with oak, honey, dried fruit, and some spice.
This bottled spirit presents a clear, pale yellow appearance. The aroma offers faint peat smoke, honey, and white bread. The flavor mirrors this, with more pronounced peat smoke. This spirit has a medium body, a smooth texture, no harshness, and a moderately long finish.
