About this bottle
M.S. Walker, a wine and spirits importer and distributor based in New England, reintroduced this brand in 2018. The whiskey undergoes triple distillation and is matured in barrels previously used for bourbon. It is named in honor of the Irish-American professional boxer, John L. Sullivan. Born in Boston in 1858, he held the titles of the last bare-knuckle heavyweight boxing champion and the first gloved heavyweight boxing champion. This whiskey began appearing on shelves in March 2018.
