This whiskey has a 40% ABV and no listed age, with a minimum of three years. It's believed to be bottled in Ireland and aged in bourbon barrels with an IPA cask finish. Aroma: Fruity, with green apples and bourbon-like notes. Taste: Fruity, with green apples, a light to medium sweetness, and an oak finish. Overall, it's a decent to good whiskey, but on the lower end of that spectrum. I tried it a few years ago and might revisit it for a more detailed review. It's worth trying if you can find it for under $25. Cost: $21.95 plus tax for a 750ml bottle. Grade: B-
