Finagren's Irish Whiskey

Aroma: Classic Irish, with floral notes and vanilla sugar. Body: Starts sweet with pear and vanilla, as expected, then surprisingly reveals maltiness and depth. Finish: Maltiness gives way to notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. This is an outstanding example of Irish whiskey.

Remarkably smooth. Typical Irish whiskey characteristics, although somewhat subdued - which likely contributes to some of the smoothness - butter, cinnamon, and old books.
