About this bottle
In 2009, Bob and Alan of the Yukon Brewing company acquired a still and applied their brewing knowledge to whisky production. Their whiskies are crafted from a diverse range of malted and roasted grains, employing varied fermentation methods and a combination of casks. This particular single malt release is part of their Special Finishes series, having been matured in ex-bourbon and virgin oak barrels before being finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
