An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. The initial aroma offers agave, citrus, herbs, and spices. A rich stage adds cooked agave, green bell pepper, and lime. It concludes with a medium-length, slightly creamy and spicy finish, featuring black pepper, sea spray, and metal. Sampled April 2016 / April 2017 / February 2019 / December 2021 / May 2022.
