Distilled at the Vale Fox Distillery in New York's Hudson Valley, Tod & Vixen's Dry Gin 1651 was developed with input from three prominent bartenders: Gaz Regan, Leo Robitschek, and Jeffrey Morgenthaler. It is specifically crafted to serve as an excellent cocktail base. The gin features botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica, rooibos red tea, and Makrut lime, each steeped in a neutral spirit derived from 100% wheat. It is bottled at 48% ABV and is not chill-filtered.
