About this bottle

Chase GB Extra Dry Gin originates from potatoes cultivated on the family farm in Herefordshire, England, north of London. Ten botanicals—juniper buds and berries, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, ginger, bitter almond, angelica root, licorice root, lemon peel, and cloves—are infused into the potato neutral spirit. This farm-to-bottle gin is bottled at 40% ABV. It was previously named Williams Great British Extra Dry Gin.

Lavern Shook 3.0

Completely clear, lacking color. The aroma has juniper and subtle cinnamon, with faint citrus. Tasting it neat offers a pleasant sweetness, with nutmeg and cinnamon prominent after a very mild initial juniper note. A nice lemon essence appears with some sips. It has a very clean, dry finish. Its main drawback is its poor performance with tonic. A 1.5 oz sample vanished in 4.5 oz of mild tonic water. This was quite disappointing given the pleasant spice-forward flavor profile and claims of being full of flavor.
