Bright, crystalline appearance with silver shimmers; exhibits high viscosity in the glass, indicating a full body. Clearly defined; a strong presence of cooked agave, herbal notes, mint, and citrus, with a subtle hint of anise. Soft and fresh, with increasing intensity; notes of raw agave, a long, rich, and balanced finish.

Spicy with an extended finish. A recommendation was made to allow it ample time to aerate in the glass. While I'm unsure of its efficacy, I don't believe it causes any harm.
Tierra Noble Nose: Gentle, subtle, flowing Agave Palate: Sweet Agave Pepper - too much, it doesn't burn but it overwhelms the agave Earthy Oak Mint Astringent It's acceptable, but I would not purchase it.
Intricate and engaging, yet it also contains an element I'm not fond of.
