A crisp Gin from Mark Boswell, the Head Distiller at The Secret Garden Distillery in Edinburgh, Scotland, made with ingredients from their 7.5-acre Botanical Garden. Each Gin uses a base of juniper berries, coriander seeds, winter savory leaf & Angelica root. It has an aromatic beginning with seeds, leaves, berries, and roots; a crisp middle adds notes of elderflower, jasmine, juniper, angelica, coriander & savory; leading to a balanced finish of medium length.
