About this bottle

The Exile French Oak Tasmanian Single Malt 15 Year is a rare release from Sullivans Cove, produced between 1999 and 2001 under the name Highland Holdings. During this period, Bill Lark, the founder of Lark Distillery, served as Master Distiller alongside current Master Distiller Patrick Macguire. Approximately 600 barrels were produced, with 300 sold as private investment barrels to owners like Heartwood and Trappers Hut, who later bottled them independently. This particular single malt (Barrel HH0556) was matured and distilled by Bill Lark.
