This gin has a light, caramel-pink hue. It smells strongly of juniper with a touch of fennel. The flavor is distinctly sweet licorice and is very enjoyable with a bit of tonic. You only need a small amount, as the licorice lingers long after the drink. I wouldn't purchase it myself, but I appreciated experiencing the flavor in a cocktail.
