This gin was one of the first "premium gins" I ever bought. Its delicate pink appearance caught my eye a few years back. Its aroma has a tea quality with an alcohol spike. I detect bergamot and cantelope among a medley of roses drizzled with honey. The taste mirrors the aroma with its floral syrup notes combined with mild acidity. It leaves a bitter aftertaste, similar to drinking strong tea. This gin comes across more like a liqueur due to its aromatic sweetness than a standard infused gin. It would be refreshing in warmer weather over ice or as a base for a floral, herbal mixed drink. 7/10

Notes of rose petals, pink peppercorns, and red berries (A nice theme). Very sweet and low in alcohol. Classic gin notes are barely perceptible. The advertised sweetness is quite evident. Clearly enjoyable in mixed drinks!
