Alfredo Berger 3.5

A robust agave spirit from Nom 1103, hailing from Los Altos, Mexico. Its rich beginning features notes of cooked stone fruits and oak. A complex journey unfolds with cooked agave, vegetal elements, herbs, and spice, culminating in a smooth, rich conclusion with traces of rye, mint, pepper, sweet vanilla, and earthiness. Encountered in February, May, and June of 2019.

Irvin Schulz 4.3

More robust than many similar offerings I've sampled, but it carries a bit of heat and a slight bitterness. The aroma has a touch of funk. I'd consider buying it again due to its distinctiveness and excellent price of $20.
