The process involves oven-baking the piñas, employing Champagne yeast for fermentation, and double-distilling the mash.

It starts rich with cooked stone fruits and oak; its complex middle reveals cooked agave, vegetal notes, herbs, and spice; concluding with a smooth, rich finish hinting at rye, mint, pepper, sweet vanilla, earth, and smoke.
