Tequila Ocho Terroir Select Plata Comunidad 2025 is the first release in the Terroir Select series from Tequila Ocho, known for its additive-free plata tequila. This series broadens the brand's scope beyond single-estate, single-field bottlings to encompass single-region, multi-field expressions. The initial vintage, Comunidad, is made entirely from 100% blue weber agave, sourced from family farms in El Nacimiento de Abajo, Arandas, Jalisco. Following Tequila Ocho’s traditional methods, including slow-cooking in stone ovens, fermentation in wooden vats, and copper pot distillation, it is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Availability in the U.S. is expected from late December 2025, with an SRP of $50.
