About this bottle
The "Las Pomez" estate, situated at 2055 meters above sea level with iron oxide-rich soil, is one of twelve locations from which Tequila Ocho harvests its agave. Agaves from this specific estate are intentionally left to over-mature, imparting a unique character to this Plata tequila. Post-distillation, it rests for 48 hours in open air to undergo slight oxidation, a process Carlos Camarena refers to as "Feng Shui."
